William E. Sherrill
"Stories carry us across the distance between what was and what we are becoming."

About the Author
A storyteller shaped by faith, service, and the mountains of home.
Born in Bryson City, North Carolina and now living in Greenville, South Carolina, William E. Sherrill writes from a life lived close to history — as the son of an Air Force career officer, a combat medic with the South Carolina Army National Guard in Iraq, and a civilian working in Nuclear Medicine.
His writing draws from decades of soldiering, from the quiet wisdom of his grandfather's trout streams, and from a steady Christian faith forged in hardship and battle.
